These terms are an agreement between you and Placeholder: [COMPANY NAME] (“we”, “us”), which runs Revisia. By creating an account you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy policy.
You need to be 13 or over. Your account is for you only: don’t share your login.
Give us accurate details and keep your password safe. If you think someone else has used your account, tell us at Placeholder: [support@revisia.example] straight away.
Revisia is built to help you learn. Please:
Fair use. Revisia is for your own studying. “Unlimited” means unlimited for normal personal use. If an account’s use goes far beyond that, for example automated use or one account shared between several people, we may limit it.
Your notes, files and sessions belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only so we can run Revisia for you. As our Privacy policy says, we never use them to train AI, and you can delete them whenever you like.
Revisia uses AI, and AI can make mistakes. Working from your own notes helps it stay accurate, but check anything important against your course materials. Revisia isn’t a substitute for your teachers, tutors or official exam guidance.
We work hard to keep Revisia available, but we can’t promise it will never be down. Sometimes we need to pause it for maintenance or updates. We’ll keep these short and give notice when we can. We may also change or improve features over time.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Unless it’s urgent, we’ll explain why and give you a chance to fix it. If we close your account without good reason, we’ll refund any month you’ve paid for and haven’t used.
In short: if we break these terms, we are responsible for loss you suffer that was foreseeable. We are not responsible for business losses, because Revisia is for personal study. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, or our responsibility for anything the law doesn’t let us exclude.
If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we’ll email you at least 30 days before. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before the change applies.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
